XTRAICE ARTIFICIAL ICE PANELS
All Xtraice artificial refrigeration panels are self-regulating. Gone are the days when you needed a slippery liquid to lubricate the surface of artificial ice so you could dissolve it.
For this reason, and thanks to the efforts of the R&D department, as well as advances in nanomaterials, Xtraice’s skating rink surface has the best slip performance ever. Their secret is a specially developed protective agent and lubricant in Xtraice’s laboratories. The lubricant is added to the ice sheets during production and is gradually applied to the surface over the lifetime of the product. This means that the surface always maintains an optimal level of slip.
All Xtrace artificial ice panels have a unique serial number to confirm their origin and quality.
XTRAICE ACCESSORIES
Xtraice manufactures most of its accessories in-house in order to provide the highest quality products to our customers.
SKATES
All types of skates can be used to skate on Xtraice ice panels. Nonetheless, they also produce their own skates specifically designed for use on Xtraice artificial ice. What’s more, the blade of Xtraice ice axes stays sharper 50 times longer than a standard ice axe.
SKATE BLADE SHARPENER
Xtraice has also developed its own special skate blade sharpener machines. With the simpler sharpener, you can sharpen blades in one go and it takes 1-3 minutes to sharpen a pair of skates. However, the more revolutionary and powerful Xtraice dual blade sharpener allows you to sharpen two skates at the same time, so sharpening each pair of skates is up to ten times faster than normal and can be done in as little as 12-48 seconds!
FENCE SYSTEM
Xtraice offers a full range of solutions to meet the needs of fencing systems. The most classic are the transparent aluminium fence, which have a clean and inviting look. They also have a range of reinforced fibreglass hockey pucks with iron frames, which can be customised to suit each customer’s needs. All the barriers are manufactured on site and all are suitable for mounting vinyl stickers for advertising and branding.

Xtraice is a unique artificial ice on the market. It is an ice-free skating rink that is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. Xtraice has developed a sustainable management and production system, which has earned them ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications for environmental sustainability and certifications.

CONSTRUCTION OF A SKATING RINK
The Xtraice skating rink connection system is strong, smooth and undetectable. Thanks to a highly preciseconnecting system produced by a digitally controlled process, the joints between Xtraice panels are 100% indistinguishable. This makes it really easy to install a skating rink. You just have to assemble the panels and fix them with pins made of the same material as the panels. 100% selfmade skating rink!
