The consumer has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded in the Hydroseal OÜ online store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales contracts concluded on site at a Hydroseal OÜ place of sale.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or customized to the consumer’s personal needs (e.g. wells, pontoons, pipe fittings or similar made according to the customer’s measurements or other special requirements).
- The product must be returned with the same completeness as when it was delivered to the consumer, and if possible in the original packaging.
- To avoid damage to the returned product, the consumer must handle the product with due care. All labels, tags and documents that accompanied the shipment should also be kept and returned with the product.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
- Hydroseal OÜ shall refund to the consumer the payments received upon withdrawal, including the costs of delivery of the goods to the extent provided by law, without delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Hydroseal OÜ may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof of sending the goods back. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the parties agree otherwise.
