HDPE geomembrane

The HDPE geomembrane is a strong plastic film, the panels of which are bonded together with an extrusion joint. HDPE geomembrane is resistant to harsh conditions (chemicals, acids, etc.), which makes it suitable for use in areas where there is an increased risk of pollution (e.g. sewage treatment plants, landfills, petrol stations).

Features

– Resistant to chemical, acid, alkali and salt solutions
– UV stable
– Resistant to mould and micro-organisms
– Impervious to plant roots
– Use does not affect drinking water quality
– Quick and easy to install

Places of use

– Landfill
– Wastewater storage (tanks are used for industrial and agricultural wastewater).
– Accumulation tanks
– Insulation of petrol stations, car parks and roads to prevent surface water pollution.
– Irrigation canals, dams and weirs
– Tunnels, bridges, viaducts
– Construction industry

NB! In order to protect the membrane from sharp stones and other damage, it is recommended to install a protective geotextile under the membrane.
